The Purpose of an Anger Violence Assessment Evaluation is determine if Anger Management Classes are needed. 

Before starting have access to your Case Documents that may include Yellow Papers, Warrant, Accusations, Incident Reports, Witness List, Police Reports, Other Papers With Case/Accusation No, Offences Charged Lists, Name Of Court Listed, Probation Contact Info.

IMPORTANT: -> Do Not Leave Any REQUIRED FIELD BLANK; form with not submit. I have lost all work in beta tests, when multiple ‘summit form’ attempts were tried for leaving blank fields. = frustrating….

In Required Fields often use: No, None, Not Applicable, N/A, NA, Not Known, DASH —

Be specific in answers. Avoidant and leaving most things blank indicate you are hiding information, not co-operative, have an attitude, and most likely result in required Anger Management Classes to help you learn new life skills and get over hidden anger stuffed for years. Be honest.

Your attorney would tell you to not introduce new details, but often the Police Report is the “Victim” side of the story and not exactly how things actually happened. Here’s your chance to set the record correct.
